The Palace Theatre Club is an independent organisation to the theatre and was established in 1957 and currently has almost 400 members. It exists to support our local professional theatre in various ways and to promote interest in live theatre generally.

It has taken an active role campaigning for the survival of the Palace and continues to support the theatre by fund raising for the upkeep of the theatre and of course attending as many productions as possible.

Membership Includes

• A regular newsletter
• Monthly club meetings, usually at the Palace Theatre
• Club visits to other theatres
• Outings, social events and celebrations
